Upcoming Games for PS Vita!

Are you anticipating the release of the PlayStation Vita? Sony has just disclosed the games that will accompany the Vita! For a full list, visit http://www.psu.com/US-PS-Vita-launch-lineup-announced–a013978-p0.php. Here’s a brief look at a few of the third-party publisher and launch window titles:

Asphalt Injection

Asphalt Injection is a basic racing game with arcade-style gameplay. Choose from different map options that mimic real-life cities in appearance such as Los Angeles and Cape Town. The game offers primarily high-end automobile options like Ferrari and Lamborghini. Gain adrenaline with successful play to give your car a boost. The release date is TBD but should shortly follow the Vita release in 2012.

Dungeon Hunter Alliance

Yet another Gameloft experience, Dungeon Hunter is a dungeon crawler allowing up to 4 players. This game is a testament to Vita’s successful attempt to provide clean, clear graphics (even clearer than many iPhone games). Your character will be given missions as you drift from one city to the next. Assign careers, gain skills with experience points, down healing potions, and utilize various weapons as you encounter enemy after enemy.

Silent Hill Book of Memories

Konami knows that Silent Hill sells and hopefully Book of Memories for the Vita will continue Silent Hill’s successful track record. Many fans are put off by the fact that this game will be a top down multi-player action as opposed to single player like previous Silent Hill games, but giving the game a fair chance is the only way to decide whether this transition is one that can be overlooked for other aspects of the game. The multiplayer aspect will be essential for advancing in the game.
